Damn, Spider-Man has been the most exciting series of movies I've seen in years. I feel like a kid again.

yes, its not as if it were based on a comic book series that has been in print for decades...

There are some obvious differences between the story for the movie Spiderman and the story for the comic and cartoon versions. They still pretty much show the entire movie in a condensed form though....I hate it when movie studios do that. Plus, there are still plenty of people out there not familiar with Venom, Sandman, etc. My wife for one. She loves the movies but has no clue about what goes on in the comics.

Well, he's been in the leaked toy pics and at some footage showed at Comicon, so yeah. Also, if you look at some of the "webbing" towards the end of the film, it's solid black, while Spider-man's back to his normal red and blues, so that's probably Venom's webbing.
