I've known for a while that they would be filming Spiderman 3 in front of my office, but building management now told us that they're essentially shutting down the areas around my office. It will be a pain to get in/out.

That said, it's pretty neat what they've done. They've resurfaced the roads, put facades over some storefronts, made it look like the empty stores are actually active, etc. You'll be able to see my office building, my old apartment (I don't live there anymore), and my stomping grounds when I was in Cleveland. Pretty neat!

I'm not in Cleveland right now, but I'm heading there next week when they're filming. I'll see if I can show Kirsten some of the Descartes charm.

Just don't show her any Descartes dick. You wouldn't want to get arrested for indecent exposure. :p

Oh hey, thanks man :) I thought I might throw on my own Spiderman outfit, but I'm probably 20x the height of Maguire.

I heard they are blowing up the boarded up buildings along Euclid Ave. It was cheaper to do it here in Cleveland than Detroit because there aren't any businesses in the buidlings. BAH. HAHA.

Hang upsidedown above the set with a bucket of water. Drop this on Kirsten Dunst and try to kiss her upside down. Call an ATOTer from jail and let us know what it was like.

kthxbye

One of my best friends in Cleveland looks like Maguire and is the EXACT height (ok, close enough). We should show up in our respective costumes and try to get some extra action.

I'll see... he might be up for it :)

Yah, a lot of the buildings along that area are very blighted and empty. I also heard that it was cheaper to close down an entire street in Cleveland than it was anywhere else.

For those not from Cleveland, Euclid is pretty much the main street where people work, walk around, eat, etc.

Same with me. From the 27th floor in my building, I'll be able to see all the action from high up.

no such luck. From East 9th (the road with National City/Hunginton/Jacob's Field) to Public Square, down Euclid.
