What type of spider is it specifically? I don't really feel like digging through a ton of spider directories to search what that specific spider is.
But I'm not aware of a spider, specifically one that large, that cannot bite a human. All spiders will bite humans, it just depends on the circumstances as to whether they likely will or will not. Most spiders won't bite, some of the most dangerous won't even bite unless basically forced against a human in a confined space, such as a shoe or in clothing.
And all spiders have some kind of venom - it's how they kill/eat.
