Took the kids to some nature park/preservation area this weekend. They have a butterfly garden/nature walk that is more appropriately named "HALL OF DEATH AND MURDER."

These goddam spiders (golden orb weavers) were everywhere... couldn't walk more than a few feet without coming across another huge web and giganto spider.

I was ok until I saw the butterfly give up on life and fly into a web. Spider was on him like Trident on Froot Loops. After watching that, I couldn't walk anywhere without feeling like furry legs were crawling across my neck. Nukes at the ready!

i went fishing this weekend and was clearly the first person to be walking along the path saturday morning, based on the amount of spider webs i was walking through. and i was even waving my fishing rod all around like a mad man infront of me as i walked, to rip down the spiderwebs, but nope, i'd still run into them.
