All I know is that Sailor Jerry tastes like heaven in a bottle, and that's good enough for me. My clear liquor of choice is gin.
Gin is my clear choice too. Currently have a bottle of Bombay Sapphire.
1800 is the cheapest tequila I'll go for, and I'll basically stick to it anyhow, Patron is good but not good enough to warrant the price increase. Currently have 1800 Anejo, might get the slightly lighter variant whenever I finish this bottle. Lasting forever, don't drink tequila often.
Sailor Jerry, is of course, my rum of choice.
Clear rums are never to touch my lips. Never. Do need to try a good dark rum one day, never really had the opportunity to (and won't buy it on a gamble), other than a vanilla dark rum hand-bottled in Martinique and sold at a small shoppe in the port town. Was like 6 years ago, don't remember it at all.
Vodka is my other clear liquor choice, depending on the quality is what its uses are. Currently been sticking to Stolichnaya, just feels right.

But I'll pick a random one of similar price quite often, Vox was pretty good when I tried it. Quite nice served chilled and shaken.
Oh, and Kahlua Especial = crazy delicious. Makes a terrific black russian or Tanned Caucasian (my ever-so-slightly milk-diluted White Russian, best way to serve imho).
