Had it setup for over a year now, but needed to reset some parameters. Couldn't remember my password so I followed manual and hit rest while plugging it back in. Now all I get is a solid red status light and router doesn't work. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Online manual said to hold reset button while you plug the power back in until status light blinks twice, but it never blinks, just stays steady....
