Speedstep function

that kinda sucks if so... as many of your are aware AMD's cool and quiet works just fine overclocked.

Alot don't, especially if they aren't at stock voltage. Of course, that's no big deal for either company, since it can be done manually with ClockGen.

Can't RMClock or another program run speedstep even on an OC'd Intel CPU? Assuming a 6XX, Xeon, or Pentium M/Core Duo,etc?

RMClock works just fine on my overclocked Athlon 64, and gives me a lot more speed steps than just the 2 offered by C&Q.

I'm sure it's the same issue as C&Q and if your board has an "overvolt by %" type option you should be able to leave the vCore at stock and use that and OC with speedstep still.
