Seems to work on FIOS. Just going to post this little undo code here, in case we all find out there are some negative side effects of this and they've removed all the websites: :whiste:

So, I've been using the setup from the OP for about six months on my Windows machines, and it works wonderfully. BUT... I've got a FiOS router, so I couldn't implement the setup shown for DD-WRT.

This evening I was sitting around playing with my Nexus 7 and wishing that IT had fast YouTube, so I went searching. Below is a link to very easy instructions on how to do this same setup with a basic Verizon supplied FiOS router. Now my Youtube is agnostic so far as devices are concerned... they all BLAZE!
