How is this not police intimidation?

Watch the video first, mainly at the end when the OFF DUTY PLAIN CLOTHES cop pulls the rider over and brandishes his weapon BEFORE announcing his authority.

Then read this article, and see how the thug cop added extra motor vehicle charges (10 days later), including illegal wiretapping after the video was posted on youtube.

They even went as far as to raid his parents house, seize his computers and hold his mom and sister while they rummaged through their belongings.

And then the guy spent 26 hours in jail before being released by a judge.

Ridiculous? I think so. The cop is walking the street armed and dangerous, and the motorcyclist is facing trial and up to 5 years in jail.

This "cop" really doesnt need to be walking around with a badge and a gun.
