SpeedFan

How do I use SpeedFan to control my fan speeds? I have an A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboard.. I've read posts about people using SpeedFan to control fan speeds with this motherboard however it doesnt seem to be working. Its monitoring my fan speeds correctly, however adjusting the fan speed percentages does nothing.. is there an "Apply Settings" button or something I'm missing? The fans I'm trying to control are a Vantec Stealth 80mm and a Zalman 7000 al-cu

turn the pwms to software control, then you can control the cup fan, chasis1 fan, but not chipset fan. It doesn't matter what kind of fans you have.

First thing is to hit the configure button. Under the speeds tab, how many fans are listed? Those are the only fans you can control. I can control only my CPU and NB fans...
