SpeedFan Vs TAT & Core Temp

e4300 Overclocked to 2.4 Ghz, 15 degree difference in temps using speedfan compared to tat and core temp, which is accurate?

Download Coretemp 0.95. Record the Tjunction temperature. Coretemp and TAT show the core temp of each core, which is approximately 15C hotter than the average temperature found in Speedfan. Keep the maximum load temp under Coretemp to 60-65C.

I would say TAT is. Your results don't match mine though. All 3 read exactly the same on my rig

SpeedFan is correct. Look at your TJunction, it's at 100C, while duos are usually 85C. Basically you have the same temp reading problem the quads have. With a TJunction of 100C you are supposed to subtract 15 from all the numbers given by any app that doesn't account for the TJunction, like CoreTemp or TAT. Speedfan will automatically account for your TJunction.

That's interesting, that's the first I've heard of this. Do you have any links to back this up?
