SpeedFan program question...

This looks like a good program to control the speed of cpu fans etc. I looked but could see no way to have it start when windows is started, it needs to be started once the computer is booted. Does anyone know if this is true or not?
 
I haven't used the program but you can place it in the Startup folder.

C : \ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
