These are the following readings in my case. Three of which are running very hot, and I have no idea how to find out what they are connected to. Of the list, can someone please help me what the WINBOND and ACPI temperatures mean? The system, aux, and CPU are very high, and the Temp1 is fine but higher than the other temps. I just rewired my case and added better fans to improve airflow, but these three temp's just won't change. Check out my sig for my setup.

System: 51C (Winbond W83627EHF)
CPU: 51C (Winbond W83627EHF)
AUX: 51C (Winbond W83627EHF)
HD0: 30C (150 GB Raptor)
HD1: 25C (74 GB Raptor - 1st generation)
HD2: 29C (400GB Seagate)
Temp1: 40C (ACPI)
Core: 23C (AMD K8)

SpeedFan is a generic product, you have to hook the reading to the correct devices for your mobo. There should be a page (or pages) in your BIOS that shows the correct temp readings - write them down and then configure SF to them.

I have your same mobo and it looks like the only usable temp is the one labelled "Core".* If you look at Speedfan before, during, and after running Orthos, Core is the only temperature that actually changes.

*=The hard drive temps may be accurate, but I don't have SMART on, so I have no idea if they are.
