Speed difference?

There is an older computer I am getting a printer for. It only has usb 1.1 not 2.0 so would an lpt port provide faster speed then a usb 1.1 port. This is in an office and will most likely be printing large documents/pdf files.

You'll not likely see any diff, since the bottleneck will be the printer's speed and even USB 1.1 will move data faster than most residential printers can print.
