Speech To Text?

I have some old microcassettes that I need to type up. I was thinking of using a speech to text program. I would take my computer's microphone , put it up to the speaker on my microcasette recorder, and let the program type out what was said.

I was thinking of trying Dragon's Naturally Speaking. Does anyone have experience with this program, and is it capable of doing what I need it to?

Have tried dragon, and it likely wont work out too well due to it not being able to "train" for the voice

http://automaticsync.com/caption/webcaption.htm - a company univ uses to do transcription. They are reasonably priced (based on length of video/sound) and pretty fast turn around and accuracy.
