I can't but wonder whats planned next. Who ever did this planned this attack very well, its probably not to far fetched to assume that these same people will strike again.

Its just so many questions that need to be answered




Who are they

Why did they do this

Do they have any demands

What did they hope to accomplish

Did Bin Laden purposely launch this attack knowing the US would strike at the country he is supposedly residing in

If this attack was done by American terrorists and the US strikes against a foreign country what will be the results

Why are businesses so quick to try and reopen, is'nt that a sign of American arrogance

actually you may not know this, but central intelligence did know this was going to happen, they just weren't exactly sure when and if it was at all serious.
 
it's probably a good idea to stay out of areas with large groups of people for a while if possible (malls, museums, airports, etc..)
 
I don't think it has anything to do with arrogance, its showing resolve and determination. Having us cowering in our homes is exactly the goal of terrorism. Most of us are deeply effected by this news and event, but if we let it overcome us and rule us, then the terrorists got what they wanted.
 
Weelll, I think it's safe to say that the same people arn't going to strike again. There will be similar actions in the future, however, and one thing we should keep in mind is that the object of terrorism isn't destruction, it's terror. Fear in the general populace is the effect sought by this sort of thing, and it is in our own best intrests not to be afraid. I for one am not, and if I could, I would enlist before the weekend. I only wish there were a certain country, an certain organization, a certain anything that you could say "this is who is responsible" about. Unfortunatly, things arn't that clear cut.
 
Yea, I don't think those responsible are trying to level the US, so further acts probably won't happen for quite some time. The terrorists made their point and I'm sure that these events will remain part of the US psyche for a long time.
 
yeah, but all the psychopaths and wannabe terrorists are gonna act up.. and the fscking morons with bomb threats, etc

i wish all these would not happen again,and end soon but looking at the news makes me wonder where the next target would be?
