I know its not Corsair or Kingston...but are they any good??

The DDR400 modules?

Thanks
Unfortunately I can't comment on their 400DDR, not having used it. I can tell you they can be Corsair though 😉 My Corsair Value Select 2700DDR is Spectek and I have 2 sticks running in dual channel and they are rock solid stable, no overclocking of them because I have a SN45G and raising the vDIMM can be fatal, plus I have an unlocked t-bred B 2400+ running 2.33ghz with it so no reason to push it any further. HTH 🙂

U mean that Spectek is a chip manufacturer like Samsung or Hynix, and Corsair or Kingston may be using Spectek chips on their modules??

So you think I could use 2x256 DDR 400 Dual Channel modules by Spectek with no worries??

Spectek is Micron. They created it for the value market. It should run at spec no problem. Don't expect to OC it.

the RAM is great.. I never have really any problems w/it... it's fantastic "generic" RAM.
