specs for cs server

well I've gotten hold of a 10mbit line so I'd better be hosting some games real soon. Can you suggest some specs necessary for a cs server. No overkill, just what it takes to host about 18 people. THX

Linuz, at least 384 megs of ram, at least 600 athlon or p3 (xeon dual if can be afforded), hard drive with 7200 rpm (for smooth map changes), gigabit nic, at least 2 system fans (its gonna get hot if your dedicated server)

And forget all this if it isnt dedicated.

Well it's gonna be a dedicated server and probably 24 hour service. I was thinking maybe dual celerons on a bp6 or vp6. What do you think, is that to weak? And is the VIA 694 stable enough? (Have some horrible experience from my Aopen AX63 pro).
