specialized need for GPS

I need the cheapest possible unit that can accept coordinates directly as longitude/latitude. It would be nice it could connect to a PC and maybe interface with google earth, but it's a MUST that I can put in the longitude/latitude on the go directly to the unit. I don't care about formfactor, battery life, brand, etc. All I need it to do is take coordinates and get me there accurately.

This is for a scavenger hunt type thing, if anyone is wondering.

Do you have a laptop? You can download a freeware GPS app (there are two or three gppd ones) and simply buy a USB or Bluetooth GPS unit. I bought my usb one for like 30$ and use it on my eee: http://pics.bbzzdd.com/users/abaez/eeegps.jpg

I have not heard of a unit that doesn't allow this, so just go buy the cheapest one you can find.
