I bought a dvd player from tigerdirect that had a $20 rebate on it.
it was through that online rebate thing, onrebate or something.
you had the option of waiting like 8 weeks for the full $20 or you could take a smal hit $2.50 off the rebate and get it in like 2 weeks (get 17.50 back instead of 20).
i chose the quick way. my rebate check arrived and it was for the full $20.
