Speaking about Maturing in adolescents

Would you say that the difference between a 12 year old and a 14 year old is signifcantly greater than the difference between a 14 year old and an 18 year old?

It all depends.

I've known some 12 year olds that were more mature than 18 year olds.

Im 17. I know a 14 year old who is more mature then all the 16-18 year olds around me. Seriously, the majority of people my age are morons with no intelligence whatsoever. They live by the code of "women, take off everything you can get away with, spend money, and get cellphones" "men, screw as much as possible, wear your jeans down at your ankles, make money by selling drugs, and get more cellphones" Serious bull. Additionally, I know a 14 year old who acts like shes 5....
