I'm selling my SB Live and FPS1000 because I never listen to music, and only game once in a while, so it's an over kill for me. What is a good 3 speaker set to go with the onboard sound on the AK31A?

My Altec Lansing AVS300 is pretty good considering it only cost me $40.

Great budget set. You can get the AVS500 (which is essentially the same thing as the 300 except it has 2 extra satelite speakers to make it a 5 piece set).

i think logitech is now selling a scaled down 3piece system for really cheap

from reviews i've read, the pulse 420's are the best 2.1 system you can buy for under ~$75. they say the subwoofer has oomph and the satelites are pretty good. you might want to go to bestbuy or compusa to give them your own testdrive (if you carry them that is).

On my older system, I've been pretty happy with the Boston Acoustic MicroMedia system. It's pretty clear for small 2.1 speakers and the subwoofer's nothing to laugh at. Why are you even selling it? SBlive's can't possibly be running for much money now and neither can FPS1000 speakers. Certainly the shipping cost of getting new speakers would more than makeup for the money you're receiving. I'd suggest just keeping it.
