Now, I jumped the bandwagon and bought the Logitech Z-560s a year or two ago and yeah I thought they sounded great.
But they were hit by lightning and destroyed, so I'm now replacing them and thinking about what to get. I don't think I want to spend more than about $100, but I don't know if I want to go with Logitech again. I compared some new Logitech speakers with Altec Lansing 2100's at BB and I must say the 2100's sounded really great, I mean I could actually hear detailed treble. With the Logitech's it all sound really bassy.
I guess I just don't dig the Logitech sound (not enough treble I suppose) and I really like what I heard with the Altec Lansing 2100s, but I was wondering if there is a good recommended set of speakers that don't neccessarily have that no-treble feel of the Logitechs (at least the ones I've heard, maybe there are some better ones).
