speakers/headphones buzzing

Everytime I access my hard drive my speakers or headphones buzz while the hd is being accessed. I figure its something like interference, anyone know any remedies to this? I have a TB santa cruz, no matter where the headphones/speakers are plugged in i still get the buzz.
