Speakers for $120 or under?

I'm looking for a nice set of 5.1 speakers to go with my Audigy2. I'm a college student, so I'm kind of short on cash. Are there any speaker sets (5.1) out there that would be worth upgrade to from my headphones? I have about a 120 to 130 dollar budget.

Just pick up some z640s or wait for a great deal on z560s.... you'll be happy with the results. I don't plan on having any techno parties in my computer room so I've got 640s.

also, 540s don't have a speaker jack so be sure not to get those.
 
I too recommend the z640s or z540s. I personally have the Altec Lansing 251s and love them. they give great sound coupled with my Soundstorm and the only time I have heard them screw up is in a really tough mp3, and then witha little freq. slider changes it sounded great. they go for about 75 or less if you're lucky.
