Speakers are buzzing

I just moved my speakers from my house to my apartment and I can't stop them from buzzing. They are hooked up the same way, but now the satellites give out this constant hum sound. Adjusting the sub doesn't help at all. They are an older set of Yamahas, here's the info. Anyone have some advice?
 
I ended up fiddling with the plug that goes in to my sound card and it got rid of the sound - took a while though, it kept coming back. I cleaned it off too, but that didn't seem to do much.
