Speakers and Monitors

I was wondering what are the best speakers and monitor(no LCD monitor) out there for PC.Money is not an issue but nothing to extreme.

Well, I really like my audio system ...

Soundcard: Diamond MX300
Receiver: Yamaha RX-V496
Speakers: Paradigm Titan's

I poop on the Klipsch's. 🙂

I'd go the receiver + speaker system. On the receiver side, perhaps a Denon 1801 or Onkyo DS575X. Speaker wise, there are tons to choose from, really depends on your usage and tastes.

I also suggest you go the receiver+speaker way since money is not a big issue. The Klipsch's aren't bad speakers, it's just that receiver+speakers will beat any multimedia set. And if you do decide not to go to the trouble of getting all that stuff, you should get the ba4800's over the klipsch's since you can get the ba4800's for 130 and they haveas good if not better sound quality than the Klipsch's. Plus, you could get two sets of the ba4800's for CHEAPER than one set of the Klipsch's.

klipsch's are not the best computer speakers (i have had the v2-400 and new 4.1's)

i poop on them as well 😀 😀

I would say Samsung 900IFT great monitor for the money and does not have the annoying yet(easy to get use to) concavity that other flat monitors have
