speakers 2.1 system

Looking to purchase this type of system for computer and it will also be used in conjunction with my smartboard/computer overhead projector. This projector has audio out and I want these speakers to be able to be used from the computer as well as the projector. Looking for something in the $50 to $100 range...preferable closer to $50.

So many vendors to choose from...

Ooh, I've been wondering this as well with a used Promedia 2.1 set being easily found for $100 but if there is something comparable or very close for $50 - $100 new I'd like to know this as well 😀

the z2300 is usually compared to the promedias. you also have the choice of something like like the swan d1080mkiis

Wow, the M10's are sexy @_@ Anyone have experience with Swan speakers? Tbh, I've never heard of them before now.

My roommate has a pair of the d1080mkiis and they sound great for what they are. Swan makes some pretty quality products for the low price audio market. The M200s used to be really popular but are now discontinued.
