I recently moved around my home office and now my subwoofer is near the radiator. In the winter there shouldnt be any problem when I turn on the heat with the subwoofer like the sub shouldnt get damaged by the heat?

I wouldn't take the risk, even if there isn't one, personally. Everything wears down at some degree, however small.

The electronics would be ok, I would be more concerened with the driver drying out prematurley from the heat.

like next to it but its a baseboard radiator. so its actually touching the baseboard not the pipe with the water.

Is your subwoofer casing made of wood? I think if wood gets too dry from heating it will crack.
It's better to be safe than sorry :)
