Speaker Problems! Help!

I have a set of Creative Inspire 5300 speakers. I've been experiencing problems with the center channel speaker. It seems that everytime a game or movie requires center channel voicing or effects, the volume output is intolerably low. All the other speakers are blasting while the center one is merely whimpering.

I tried adjusting the volume of the center speaker with the software that came with my Soundblaster Audigy OEM, but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have these speakers that could help me? thanks in advance.

I dunno, but Ive never even heard my center speaker work. I guess for it to work, what ever you are listening to must be 5.1 compatable.

I have had very little luck getting my centre or 3rd output on the soundcard to do much. I had the cunning plan of attaching it to my stereo but the only time I get output is on the speaker test where it goes "CENTRE!". The only other time I managed to get any kind of output, it was all very low frequencies sounds, like a sub output.
