ocz platinum rev 2 @1024 mb 2x512

the ocz has 33amps@12v but the sparkle has 36amps@12v but is about $35bucks cheaper im just wondering what the huge difference in the two is plz offer your suggestions. thanks

I'd go with the Sparkle 550W, since it's a solid PSU with a very sold 12V rail, and its made by the same manufacturer that makes the Fortron PSUs.

Still have a 300W Sparkle PSU running P3 1GHz, with 4 HDs, GeForce 4200ti, and 2 DVD burners, which runs flawlessly.

Sparkle/Fortron is stronger... OCZ is prettier and has better warranty..tough call really. If

I had a window OCZ probably...but it is expensive when a can of chrome paint cost $3.99.

You might want to shop around.. Newegg kinda sucks in prices nowadays... I've seen that sparkle for $80 Shipped!!!

Sparkle/Fortron/Seasonic are the best Mid-high grade PSU's you can buy IMO.
