spare ribs!

Always looking for new rubs to try out. Fired up the smoker this past weekend for fathers day and did 3 slabs of spare ribs with some cherry and apple wood for about 6.5 hours

Would love to see some more food porn!

I don't like pork ribs. It kind of makes me an outcast at BBQs..especially when I ask if there are beef ribs on the grill.


My family is mostly from the South....so, its really hard to cope. I end up sitting alone eating beef hotdogs while everyone smashes the ribs.

Yep I got the 18.5 " a few years back and I'm looking to upgrade to the 22 incher

I have a 22 inch version and on the bottom rack I fit 9 full racks of baby back ribs followed by 2 entire pork shoulders on the top rack.

Beef ribs are good too. I prefer pork myself, but nothing wrong with beef ribs.
