Spare machine, what proc?

I have enough spare parts to build a spare machine except for the processor and I'm trying to decide between the Sempron 2200 or the Athlon XP 2700+.

The Semp is only $48 while the AXP is $98.

This machine will have light usage, it will be doing some folding and be used as an occasional gaming machine when a friend or someone comes over. The video card will be a 9800 Pro that I have laying around.

Any thoughts on how much better the AXP 2700 is over the Semp in such situations, the games played very rarely would be CS:S and WoW.
