Spanish Translation Help Needed. English to Spanish

How to properly say as in writing an instruction:

Mount the faucet

As in mount the faucet to the wall.

I came up with "Monta al grifo"

Here's more if any can try translating:

- Apply Teflon tape or pipe thread sealant to inlet thread of faucet body.
- Insert the faucet body by turning clockwise to the wall.
2) Insert spout into faucet body and tighten. (FIG. 2)

Any Spanish vocab in those instructions can help too, like tape, counter-clockwise....

If the word for "mount" is "montar," then the third-person imperative would definitely be "monte."
While I find babelfish to suck at grammar, you can usually get vocab words from it pretty accurately. When I write in Spanish I usually throw words I don't know into babelfish, but I use my knowledge of Spanish to build sentences.

Since Babelfish is, well, amusing in its translations, I've found that works best for me when I have a problem with specialized vocabulary is to look for internet articles using that kind of vocabulary. Unfortunately, this qualifies as the "hard way" and is time consuming.

If you can read spanish pretty well, go to Google and search for the words you do know, like "monte grifo faucet" or "monte el grifo" etc. This will get you some Spanish or bilingual results such as this one in Spanish.

Translate that link back to English, by the way, and you'll see why not to use Babelfish.

I can't read that article very well since I don't know what all the plumbing vocabulary means in English, but what I do is look through and see if I can pull out any vocabulary words anyway such as:

monte el grifo = mount the faucet
cinta adhesiva = tape
cinta de teflón = Teflon tape
tubo = pipe
