Get one of the members who are lawyers to write up a fancy looking cease and desist letter and e-mail them.

Then tell them you are going to sue for theft of services if they do it again. Should stop the problem 🙂

BTW I am not a lawyer, but I did sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night
