SPAMex, a viable way to protect myself from spam?

i am wondering if anybody has tried this, and if they have any reviews. basically, it generates 1 time use email addresses, so your true email address stays unknown, and you can also tell who sold your info.

stays up as long as you choose. after all, you are paying 10 bucks a year.

i do that and i get my own domain over at 3-95.com... need to figure out something to throw up on the site though... i think its worth $48 a year just to keep the same email address as long as you want, regardless of your ISP.

Every time you disclose your Real Email Address, you lose all control over how it is used. There is no way to MAKE someone stop emailing you and respect your privacy. Disposable Email Addresses solve this problem.

Whenever your Real Email Address is requested on-line, create a new Disposable Email Address and provide it instead of your Real Email Address. All email messages that are sent to any of your Disposable Email Addresses are automatically forwarded to your Real Email Address so you do not need to maintain and check multiple email accounts. If you ever receive unwanted email through a Disposable Email Address, you can turn off that one Disposable Email Address, stopping additional unwanted email, without affecting any of your other Disposable Email Addresses and since you only used the Disposable Email Address once, you can look up the address and determine the source of the unwanted email.

If you ever change your Real Email Address, all of your Disposable Email Addresses can be changed to forward to your new Real Email Address in one easy step. You do not need to notify anyone to whom you gave a Disposable Email Address that your address has changed.

i'm also looking at mailshell.com... which looks to have more features. but it's 25 a year 🙁

i think advantages it has are that it can forward mail to more than one address (up to 3), and it gives you an imap account.
