Anywhere to complain regarding companies that do not remove you from their controlled lists.

And what about e-mails that have no way of removing your address from unneeded junk spam.

that is why it is SPAM, if you could STOP it, it wouldn't be SPAM

for "real" spam, typically removing yourself from the list just verifies your address and they just know to keep sending it 🙂

What he said. Just delete it and don't acknowledge that you received it and hopefully they'll take you off their list eventually.

never click the unsuscribe link. It just lets them know that they have a live email address.

The problem is they already have it as a valid link.

Just a pain cleaning out 10-20 per day from my intended junk mail account.

May be the best bet. They provide their "USPS mailing address", so I may also contact their state's AG.

i get about 200-300 a day , if there was a way to stop it, i would have tried it

the only thing that has ever worked to some degree is spam assasin on the email server. it must be messed up right now as i am getting the 200-300 a day at the moment, i guess i should logon to the server and try to fix it instead of neffing OT
