Spam Mail

I figure I get about 50 spam mails daily in my main email (bulk folder). This is actually a lot less than the couple of hundred of messages that I used to get per day.

I don't know anymore, I configured my hotmail account to automatically delete any spam mail so they don't even get to my bulk mail folder...

my yahoo mail account is starting to get more and more spam (more than 10 a day), because my gf used it to sign up for some online contest a while ago....

As well as your new job offer to a $100k salary job. They are still expected a reply... 😀

Without the limited filtering I'm doing, maybe 2,000/day or a bit more. I only see about 500/day, though.

A crapload in my budweiser.com account which is used for freebies and other questionable forms.

2-3 per day in my Yahoo account excluding the bulk folder.

Practically none in my ISP account.

gross, close to 300 on all accounts

net, after spam assasin and other measures/filters, about 5-10 on all accounts

(per day)

None. I've got my own domain, and use other people's addresses when registering with people that are likely to try to spam me (I like using webmaster@<spamwhore company's name>).

LOL

Lately, I?ve been using disposable email addresses. As soon as I see any spam coming to that address I just delete the address.
