Spam Blocker Question

There are tons of spam blockers out there. My boss told me to pick one to help filter our company email. What are some good ones. Price IS an issue.

Can I buy or download one software that blocks spam AND popup adds?

Don't know about SPAM fiters since I don't use one and just have a hotmail acct. that gets most. But for pop-ups just install the Google toolbar.

I work for a small company that has it's own website and e-mail through that. We are getting tons of spam mial in our e-mail. I have found tons of spam blockers but wanted to see if anyone could help me narrow down the selection by quality and price.

I am not totally sure how this spam thing works so I have a question that may be silly. Since we do have our own webpage and our e-mail is through that, would we have to use a spam blocker that blocks our webpage and then filters to our e-mail or just a blocker for e-mail. I don't know if I have made a whole lot of since with this question but maybe someone will understand what I am trying to ask.
