This is almost as bad as Greece banning video games.

Sounds like they're pretty much just requiring anyone who's creating any sort of business or money generating(profit or not) to register with a business ID. I don't really see anything wrong with that. Here in the US it cost's less than $10.

I'm sure there are more things in the law which may be unfair but it's not all posted so we can't make a valid judgement against it.

I still think the Greece thing beats this law 10X over and back again.
