1) Any sauce ? What kind ?
2) Olive oil ?
3) Cheese ? What kind ?
4) Spices/herbs ?

Too lazy to add a pawl. 😕

My pick is :

1) Homemade chunky bolognese
2) Oh yeah (before the sauce)
3) Grated Parmesan cheese or Shredded swiss (depending on what's in the fridge)
4) Fresh Basil / Crushed hot peppers

I  spaghetti.

I rarely put sauce on it.

I add: butter, basil, Creole seasoning, and parmesan. Soo delicious. I've eaten an entire pound(dry weight) at one sitting.

I'm assuming you're looking for things other than tomato sauce.

I like to add some herbs and romano cheese or sometimes some herbs and a little lemon juice.

Homemade meat sauce (w/ venison)
Just a little EVO to keep the noodles from sticking
Shreded parmesan cheese
Fresh Parsley, oregano

Red sauce, parmesan, sometimes sausage. I eat spaghetti when I'm running low on cash, so it's typically pretty spartan.

I cook up some ground beef, and stir it up until its in crunchy little bits. The whole time i add garlic salt.

This makes a bomb topping for sphagetti, and sometimes ill toss some mozzerella cubes on it.
