Hope this link works...

Live right now. Also on the Science Channel according to Xprize.og. This is the second flight required for this team to meet the prize criteria and win the whole thing.

This is a historic day in private space development and the first step into the accessibility of the last frontier for regular people.

Good luck to Mike Melville and the entire Mojave Aerospace Ventures team.

about to take off. 🙂 my stream keeps getting broken (tried both of the links the OP had). Any links that have more bandwidth?

I guess the server is getting slammed. Can anyone else connect? I've tried hi and lo res with no luck.

Yeah, it looks like the streams are getting killed. I can get maybe 10 seconds before the connection craps out. 🙁

some of this info that I can't watch looks interesting. Hopefully they'll have it available to download later.

Yeah, the space.com link is the same one as the xprize.org one. If you have The Science channel, its also the same, but of course it's not getting hammered and you don't have to wait for it to buffer... buffer... buffer...

Hey I work with that nerd waving....he's 21 years old and lives in London, Ont and is a genious.. he works part time at a bestbuy and spends the rest of his time giving seminars in the states about space and stuff. He got my doom3 box signed by Mr. Carmack 🙂

Congratulations to the whole team, and I hope the other competitors continue with their projects. The more viable solutions, the better for eveyone.
