SP2208WFP Monitor Webcam Problem

Whenever I try to use the webcam on the monitor, and put it at any resolution above 320x240, the picture begins to flicker and have these bizarre color blocks everywhere. I'm running the most up-to-date drivers on my graphics card (Radeon X800XL). Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

what program are you using to pull up the webcam.

I'm using Dell's own program... if there's a good 3rd party one I'd be glad to try it. The card is ATI Branded and direct from the company.

The webcam is built into the monitor... the program is just called "Dell Webcam Manager"

Is it possible that the webcan is running on USB 1.1 instead of USB 2.0? make sure the cam lead is plugged into a USB 2.0 slot.

unfortunately Dell does not give any info about the camera built into the monitor.
