sp2+ forceware

after installing sp2 i had problems running 3dmark so I decided to unsintall the nvidia gart driver and reinstall the one from the asus cd (the 4.24 driver screws up ati cards in 3dmark on some systems) unstalled fine but the intall utlity wont run, goes through the starting the installing then installshield just disapears so currently running without that driver which cant be a good thing. Any idea on how to get it to install (i have disabled antivirus when tyring the install with no change in results)?
