SP2 - been at 0% for a week!

Anyone know why the windows update icon in the sys tray shows the download/install at 0%?? Its been like this for days! I have the update feature set to auto download, then I choose to install. Any help would be awesome!

did you ever disable or stop any of the services in your OS? because if i remember correctly that will do it.
just go to www.windowsupdate.com
