SP2 and 3Com

I'm having a problem after installing SP2. My main machine uses an A7N8X Deluxe with a 3Com 3C920B integrated fast ethernet controller. It's connected to an older machine without a modem so ICS is enabled. Everthing was just peachy before installing SP2, now I can no longer connect to the internet with the second machine. Everything else is still fine. If I switch over to the nVidia NIC everything works fine (but a third machine uses this NIC).
I can't help but think I'm missing something simple that Windows was kind enough to change for me,.... (no really,... I like it when MS decides whats best for me!) but I can't seem to find it. I have also found no updated drivers from 3Com or Microsoft, and that tends to reinforce my thinking that I'm just missing something,.... or is there a problem with 3Com?

Thanks,
Mark

There is no ICS blocking options in the firewall settings,... at least none that I can see. Unless you mean in the dial up connections, properties, advance tab. Then yes, the ICS box is checked. In any case would that not block both NIC's? The nVidia port works fine, it's just the 3Com that does not work.

They are all running XP Home. I guess I need to clarify,....everything works except the second machine cannot connect to the internet. I can transfer files between computers etc.
