Soyo Tech Support

Has anyone here ever dealt with Soyo's tech support. I cant even get ahold of them. Does it exist? I have sent 2 emails and called once and it just rang. Anyone else have this problem with them? Anyone have any better way to get ahold of them?

Dont think that this is uncommon. The majority of my dealings directly with various Mobo mfgs, have been less than satisfactory.

Its usually more helpful to come ask questions at sites like this, quicker response and most likely someone has dealt with the problem before.

I called them once (it took about 40 minutes to get connected though) and the guy on the other end could barely speak english and didnt know enough to solve my problem
