Soyo KT400 Ultra locks up during post (help?)

Antec SmartBlue 350w PSU
2x Kingston 512mb pc2700
AMD 2400+

System has run fine with multiple configurations (i.e. different video cards, cpus, memory).

Today it won't boot properly, posts and hangs just after post while testing memory .

I've disconnected all IDE devices, reset CMOS, swapped out video cards and still have the same problem.

I've also tried each stick separately in each memory bank, still get the same results.

Only other weird thing happening lately is random reboots, which could be attributed to few different things. The board going bad could definitely explain those.

Anything I missed?

BTW the RAM was running fine in another machine for about a year.
 
Can you turn off the memory test/count in BIOS and maybe get it boot into Memtest86 to check your ram (yeah, I saw the part about the ram working fine in another rig for a while. But stuff does go bad)?
 
I can't even get to the BIOS or skip the memory test (first thing I tried).

I can run memtest in another machine, though.

I may try that when I get home tonight.
