Soyo K7VME thinks USB 2.0 is USB 1.1

Putting together a new systems and for the life of me can't get the damn USB headers into USB 2.0. I have installed the SP1, and that supposedly should fix it. But everytime I plug in my USB 2.0 hard drive it says "Highspeed USB device plugged into Slow SPeed USB hub". I am plugging it into a fixed header on the back of the motherboard, with no other devices on that header.

Any Ideas on what might be causing that.

I think if you uninstall them from device manager and let XP redetect them, they will work.
