Soyo Dragon+ question

In the bios of the soyo dragon +, should I select normal or turbo performance, it says that turbo might make my system unstable, how true is this?

Turbo mode kind of maxes your memory timings and turns off your USB ports. Select normal and use these DRAM settings for best performance: CAS2, 4-bank, 2T, 5T, 2T, 4-level, 1T, 1T. If it's unstable change the last two settings to 2T.

Where did you see that Turbo mode turn off the USB ports?

I think in the manual. Try it and see. You can turn on Turbo mode and turn on the USB manually.
